At the Perfect Smile Studios we assign our success in implant dentistry to the fact that we have been very conscientious to only recommend dentistry which is viable, stable and has the most optimum outcome. It is our objective to give you aesthetic-looking teeth and gums that have a long predictable durability, as well as choice of options that match your needs and requirements.
Hence, the latest innovation in dental implant systems has revolutionised the way we can now care for those patients that have missing, loose or badly broken down non-functional teeth. The system is called implants in a day. As the name implies it has some major advantages over the traditional teeth implant techniques and we are confident of its place in Implant Dentistry and thus provide implants in a day.
The main philosophy behind Fast & Fixed is to combine the products of oral implantology with dental techniques to create a perfect symbiosis. This symbiosis enables our highly experienced implant clinicians to optimise their work and treatment so that they can reduce treatment time and costs correspondingly.
This implant system is most suitable for those patients that are afraid of gaps in their mouth due to missing teeth and thus needing dentures, and, on the other hand also want to avoid extensive surgical procedures. But, they still want teeth that are fixed. Fast & Fixed is completely affordable and there is no lengthy treatment time.
Previously insufficient bone height in those patients that have been wearing full dentures for a long time made dental implant placement virtually impossible. Now, thanks to Fast & Fixed this has now become possible due to its special techniques.
The process starts with a FREE discovery consultation where we discuss your needs and requirements with a Computerised Photographic Assessment to help you understand the possibilities.
We are at this stage able to assist you with potential options available to you. Depending on your requirements we can customise and tailor-make individual treatments plans to suit your needs and budgets. You can opt for simple procedures to more complex involved treatments plans to produce your beautiful new smile. Our aim is answer your questions and provide you with the advantages and disadvantages.
We can also provide you with a computer-aided smile analysis and a hand crafted Trial Preview, to gives you the opportunity to see your smile before we even touch your teeth. We also use Bite Analysis technology to ensure a long lasting, comfortable and a healthy final result.
We would be happy to inform you about the advantages, benefits and possibilities of Fast & Fixed for you in a personal conversation.

I cannot thank Dr Doshi and all his amazing staff enough for making me feel so comfortable and at ease.
They have given me something that I have always missed, the confidence to smile, I wish I had taken the step to enhance my life earlier.
The Perfect Smile is unlike any other dentist that I have attended. The friendly atmosphere and facilities are second to none.
Not once was I put under any pressure to go ahead with my treatment, but I'm glad I did. Worth every penny.
Look out anyone who's holding a camera.

I suppose being of a certain age one tends to think of a dentist as a NHS doctor, interested purely in your well-being. The Perfect Smile approach is basically not realty about patient well-being (at all) but making a profit, they are of course a private enterprise and only exist to make money.
Nothing wrong with that as long as you know what your letting yourself in for.
The ‘free’ consultation is nothing more than a sales pitch showing you lots of before and after pics and letters of recommendation (all at least 10 years old). Then it start to get expensive, the full consultation is £200 this includes a treatment plan. I did this, my appointment started 15 mins late (no explanation) and before I knew it I had a treatment plan that totalled £32,000. Yes that’s right £32,000.
Ok that was the full Monty (12 veneers etc.) but what was painfully clear is the desire at all time to upsell you to include everything possible chargeable, probably knowing that you would settle for less – but hey you got a nice cup of coffee while you waited.
Ok so Im being harsh, yes probably (as I doubt I will continue the treatment), I got no follow up call, but gritted my teeth (haha) and decided to call them to arrange an appointment for the hygienist (despite having only been 3 months ago they reckoned I needed two one hour sessions costing £250). The incredibly unhelpful receptionists said they had no appointments available for 3 weeks.
At this point I thought hang on let’s compare and contrast ‘perfect smile’ with my usual dentist. My private dentist charges £51 for a 45 min session with a hygienist (available next day), Perfect Smile charge £125 for one hour, assuming you can wait three weeks, a quick search on the internet reveals that Perfect Smile are way more expensive across the board pretty much for all treatments than your standard private (im not talking national health here) dentist.
Of course they are all those sales staff, frothy coffee and glossy adverts cost money, which we the patient have to pay for. So bottom before embarking on any treatment with PS do compare with other private dentists, if you like frothy coffee, high pressure sales, long wait for appointments etc. by all means go ahead, if you’re more financially astute and time sensitive do look elsewhere.
Contact us for any questions, requests and further information; or to arrange a FREE Initial Consultation.
The free no obligation Initial Consultation will be with our dentist and/or our Treatment Coordinators. The suitability of options discussed will ultimately be dependent upon your clinical assessment with a dentist at the practice.
