Immediate Veneers

We can help you feel better, and more confident about your smile in just one visit using composite veneers that take one appointment to place.

One-Day Veneers placed in as little as an hour

Composite veneers, or “immediate veneers,” allow the restoration of a real tooth’s natural shape and luminance in a couple of hours. With direct veneers, you can enter our practice feeling uncomfortable about your smile and leave happy with a beautiful set of new teeth the same day without a follow-up appointment. Plus, unlike certain porcelain veneer brands like Lumineers, composite veneers involve no tooth preparation. Instead, they are shaped by hand and directly sculpted by a cosmetic dentist to create the desired shape and look.

What can immediate veneers fix?

Immediate veneers are typically used to fix worn-down, small teeth or to alter the tooth’s shape or size. But they’re also great for correcting many smile problems, from slightly crooked or yellow teeth to gaps.

Basically, they offer everything that porcelain veneers offer, except extended durability. Composite veneers can also be around 0.2 mm-0.3 mm thicker than certain brands of porcelain veneers.

Composite veneers cannot be used if the teeth are prominent, protruding or there is more than mild crowding of teeth.

Can Composite Veneers Break Easily?

Treatment Process | Before and after | Reviews

Composite veneers are not as strong as porcelain veneers and can be easier to chip, but they are much easier to repair.

There are several reasons why composite veneers can chip, the most common being biting, chewing, and grinding (bruxism).

Process of Immediate Veneers

Immediate veneers are sculpted directly on your teeth rather than indirectly in a lab. The disadvantage of immediate veneers is that the patient cannot try out the new look before accepting the final look. A trial of the new look is possible digitally, or via a wax model to help patients envision the final look ensure they will be happy with the final look, but it’s not quite the same as seeing them in person.

“Now I Finally Have The Smile I’ve Always Wanted”

“I was never happy with my smile, so I bit the bullet and had 6 porcelain veneers fitted. I have always been a nervous dental patient and was very anxious about having this done. I shouldn’t have been! Rahul and his staff are amazing and made me feel very comfortable.

I was given a ‘trial smile‘ for a short time to see if I was completely confident with the shape, size etc and then we decided on the colour of the teeth together.
