All-on-4 Price
The above cost might seem expensive – but All on 4 is actually the most cost-effective way to replace an entire arch of missing teeth whilst preserving your jawbone and preventing facial sagging.
Whilst procedures like dentures might seem more affordable, they encourage bone loss, do not replace tooth roots and will move when speaking and chewing. If maintained properly, implants can last a lifetime. Other restorative solutions like dentures need to be replaced every 3-6 years, making implants the most economical restorative treatment available in the long-run.

What's included in the cost
The cost of All-on-4 implants will include:
- The treatment planning stage (hugely extensive to plan the placement of your implants and the structural integrity of your jawbone).
- Implant placement surgery – one appointment to place the implant, another to fit the final restoration.
- The cost of the final restoration – typically a bridge of porcelain crowns or hybrid dentures, which is custom-made to your specification.
- The four or six dental implants to be positioned – including the abutment.
- The time of the dentist and surgeon. Your appointments are covered, which will span over 3-6 months.

Payment options
Because we understand that everyone has different dental and financial preferences, we offer a number of flexible ways to pay for your treatment:
Pay as you Go
Payment plans spanning longer than 24 months are interest-bearing at 14.9%. Patients can spread the cost of their treatment from 3 to 60 months.
Our ‘Pay as you go’ option is convenient for those who prefer to pay for dental care as they go.
If you need several appointments or treatments and are concerned about the cost, then we can decide on a pace of repayment that works for your budget.
0% Finance
We offer 0% finance on all of our treatments for patients to repay over 24 months.
This is a preferred payment option for many patients, as the deposit you place is up to you – with some patients placing larger deposits to reduce their monthly spending and other patients not paying any deposit.
Some patients also put their savings towards the treatment, paying off 50% and then financing the other 50% for manageable monthly payments.
